Hi, I am Joan. I became a Christian in my late teens. I am married to Bill and have two adult daughters and one son-in- law and two cats! I am qualified as an adult nurse, midwife and district nurse. I have worked in nurse education for many years and my passion is diabetes nursing.
I joined CNMAS in 2015.
Hello! I’m Kathleen Mackenzie. I’m a native of the Western Isles. I qualified R.G.N. in Aberdeen in 1970; S.C.M. in Bellshill in 1972, and worked for several years in three very different locations – Central India, the Outer Hebrides and as a Bank Nurse in various Glasgow hospitals.
I have enjoyed my involvement in the setting up of CNMA(S), and trust it will have a very positive contribution to make to the lives of nurses and midwives in Scotland and beyond.
Hi, I am Elma Paxton. For many years I worked as a midwife and midwifery lecturer in Scotland and abroad. I keep in touch with many friends who are still in practice in Scotland, Europe and Israel. My interests are mainly outdoor pursuits and gardening.
Hello I’m Isobel. I work as the administrator of CNMA(S). I am married to Ray and have two grown-up children and two grandchildren. In my spare time I enjoy reading and crosswords.
